The admission team will pre-check your application on the basis of the data provided by you. If you fulfill the minimum requirements, your profile will be adjusted so that you can upload your documents. The evaluation of your online profile might take up to eight weeks. It may take longer, depending on the number of applications.

You have reached the next stage to be evaluated by our admission team. The evaluation of your documents may take up to eight-twelve weeks – depending on the number of applications.

If your documents have already been approved, the TU equivalence review or the final assessment of your application might be still pending. As we try to complete the evaluation of all applications as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to refrain from status inquiries until the beginning of April.

Upon evaluation of all applications submitted before the end of the application period, the admission committee will announce the results and send out the admission letters. The results will be presumably announced by the end of May.

If admission has been offered to the maximum of applicants who can be admitted considering the limited number of seats in our program, a waiting list will be established. As not all admissions may be accepted, e.g. admitted students withdraw their application, candidates from the waiting list may be considered and offered admission.

The duration of your work experience must be evident from your document(s). You may prove your work experience by providing one of the following documents:

• Work certificate stating your date of joining and date of leaving
• Recommendation letter/certificate from your employer stating your job tenure
• A copy of your employment/work contract incl. a payslip (please redact sensitive information, e.g. salary)

A motivation letter is required and should not be longer than two pages and should address the following points:

• Reason(s) for pursuing a master’s degree
• Reason(s) for choosing GPE
• Your interests
• Professional perspective
• Which modules you would like to choose and why

After your online application has passed the pre-check, you will be asked to upload your documents.

Not mandatory but advantageous:

• German Knowledge
